I look at the property in person and listen. Free of charge and with no obligation.
Price and documents
You receive an asking price with a clear rationale. All documents are ready before going to market, so banks can approve financing quickly.
Marketing and viewings
Professional photos, floor plans, a 360° virtual tour. Only people who are seriously interested and can finance the purchase come to a viewing.
Negotiation and notarisation
I handle the negotiations for you and coordinate everything with the notary. You decide, I take care of the rest.

2.5% of the sale price, plus VAT. You only pay if your property is sold, and you can cancel the mandate at any time.
Frequently asked questions
Can I sell my property in Switzerland without speaking German?
Yes. I support you through the whole sale in English, from the first conversation to signing at the notary. The official documents are in German, and I explain their content to you in English.
What does selling cost me?
The success fee is 2.5% of the sale price, plus VAT. You only pay if the property is sold. Independently of my fee, there is property gains tax (Grundstückgewinnsteuer) as well as notary and land registry fees. Before we start, I show you what you will be left with.
How long does a sale take?
Usually 8 to 16 weeks. Depending on the property, the price and demand, it can be quicker or take longer. Some sales have taken only three weeks from listing to notarisation, for example near Olten. Good preparation saves the most time: when all documents are ready, the buyer’s bank can approve the financing quickly.
Do I need to renovate first?
Usually not. I show you which small improvements are worth it and which you can skip.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. You can cancel the mandate at any time. You only pay the fee if your property is sold.
