A fair solution for the property you share

In a separation, you need someone who stays objective. The aim is a solution you can both understand.

Three options and what they mean

Sale to a third party

The clearest route. Disputes usually arise over timing and price. A neutral valuation takes a lot of pressure out of this.

One partner takes over

The other is paid out. The bank then checks whether the partner taking over can bear the costs alone.

Keep it together for now

Possible when a sale does not make sense right now. Use and costs must then be set out precisely in writing.

Good to know: if the property is transferred to the partner as part of the divorce, property gains tax (Grundstückgewinnsteuer) is generally deferred, not waived. It becomes due on a later sale and therefore belongs in every fair valuation. Have legal and tax questions checked by a specialist.

How I support you

  1. Neutral valuation

A basis both sides can understand.

  2. The options in figures

Taking over or selling, each showing what remains in the end.

  3. Discreet implementation

Without a public listing if you wish, with clear communication to both parties.

When you have to decide together, I make sure both of you are heard and guide the conversation towards a solution you can both support.

Let’s take a look at your situation.

Tell me briefly what it’s about. I will get back to you personally within 24 hours, in English and with no obligation.
